Website redesign for a pediatric therapy provider focused on clarity, care, and accessibility

In 2016, Alabama Pediatric Therapy Services was just beginning — a business built on care, trust, and service to families. Twentytwo Media Co. had the privilege back then of partnering with founder Katie Entrekin to design and develop APTS’s original website and brand materials, laying a digital foundation for what would become a deeply impactful pediatric therapy practice.

A decade later, Katie came back to Twentytwo Media Co. for a full redesign of the site — and that means more than I can easily put into words. When a client returns to you after ten years, it’s a testament to the trust that was built the first time around, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. The growth APTS has experienced made this redesign both exciting and purposeful: the goal was to build a digital presence truly worthy of the work they do every day.

To get there, Amy Clevidence of The Thicket Studio was brought in to lead content strategy and SEO. Her ability to translate APTS’s mission into clear, compassionate messaging was central to the project’s success — ensuring the site doesn’t just look and function beautifully, but truly speaks to the families APTS serves.
